Zum 200. Geburtstag von Karl Marx sind sich seine Anh\u00e4nger_innen, Kritiker_innen und auch neutrale Stimmen einig: Marx ist im Bereich Politik und Gesellschaft der einflussreichste Denker aller Zeiten.<\/span><\/p>\n

Marx zeichnet sich vor allem dadurch aus, dass er nicht nur als politischer Aktivist der vordersten Reihe auftrat. Er war auch ein angesehener \u00d6konom, herausragender Wirtschafts-, Technologie-, Wissenschafts- und Politikhistoriker sowie Philosoph, Polemiker und engagierter Journalist.<\/span><\/p>\n

Marx\u2018 intellektuelles Werk zeugt von seinem gro\u00dfem Ehrgeiz, der in der Geschichte des Denkens als nahezu unerreicht gilt: Er etablierte eine Geschichtsphilosophie, die auf einem soliden wissenschaftlichen Fundament fu\u00dft. Dieses l\u00e4sst eine Diagnose der Fehler des Kapitalismus zu und eine Ableitung der Leitlinien f\u00fcr eine pragmatische und revolution\u00e4re Politik.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Bedeutung seiner Denkweise kann nicht hoch genug eingesch\u00e4tzt werden<\/a>. Es ist wichtig, die Person Karl Marx aus der Sichtweise seiner aktuellen Relevanz neu zu betrachten, um zehn Jahre nach der Krise 2008 die Herausforderungen einer globalisierten Welt zu verstehen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Anl\u00e4sslich seines 200. Geburtstags organisieren die Stiftung f\u00fcr Marxistische Studien (FIM), die Stiftung f\u00fcr ein Europa der B\u00fcrger_innen (FEC) und das transform! Netzwerk in Zusammenarbeit mit der Universit\u00e4t Complutense Madrid (UCM) eine internationale Konferenz, die sich dem Studium von Marx\u2018 Werk und seinem Einfluss auf die Wissenschaft und die pragmatische zeitgen\u00f6ssische Politik widmet.<\/span><\/p>\n
