José Gusmão

José Gusmão is an economist and member of the National Board and Political Bureau of Portugal’s Bloco de Esquerda (Left Bloc) and an Economic and Political advisor in the European Parliament. He served as a Member of the Portuguese Parliament between 2009 and 2011, where was vice-president of the Committee for Financial and Budgetary Affairs. He was on Left Bloc’s negotiating team for the current Parliamentary agreement.
