Giovanni Russo Spena

Retired lecturer in administrative law, journalist and essayist. Russo Spena has been Member of Parliament for four terms in the Chamber of Deputies and in the Senate, Member of the Anti-Mafia Commission, and Secretary of the Democrazia Proletaria (DP). Responsible for the issues democracy and constitution for the Communist Refoundation Party – European Left.
