Tiedonantaja press festival

The press festival of the Finnish Tiedonantaja newspaper is traditionally held every other year in different cities around Finland. This year the festival will take in the city of Jyväskylä, in central Finland, on October. The transform! member organisation Democratic Civic Association (DCA) is one of the main organizers.

The topic of the festival is alternative media, with a key panel discussion by Gavin MacFadyen of the Center of Investigative Journalism.

Among the international guests are also Maite Mola of the European Left party and Thomas Knecht of the queer working group of the German Communist Party.
