Štefica joined transform! in May 2022 as Web and Newsletter Editor. In this role, she curates and reviews online content, maintains and evaluates the website, produces and oversees the monthly transform! newsletter, and manages inquiries from the public and related organisations regarding digital content.

Štefica holds a Bachelor degree in Slavic Literatures and Languages (BCS and Russian) from the University of Klagenfurt.
