Pour le bicentenaire de la naissance de Karl Marx, ses partisans comme ses d\u00e9tracteurs ou bien ceux qui restent neutres \u00e0 son \u00e9gard sont d\u2019accord pour reconna\u00eetre qu\u2019il est sans doute un des penseurs de la politique et du social les plus influents de l\u2019histoire. <\/p>\n
Marx se distingue non seulement pour avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 un activiste politique de premier plan mais \u00e9galement un \u00e9minent \u00e9conomiste, un historien distingu\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9conomie, de la technologie, de la science et de la politique ainsi qu\u2019un philosophe original, un pol\u00e9miste et un journaliste engag\u00e9. <\/p>\n
Dans son travail intellectuel, le projet de Marx \u00e9tait extr\u00eamement ambitieux et presque sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent dans l\u2019histoire des id\u00e9es : \u00e9tablir une philosophie de l\u2019histoire, bas\u00e9e sur une fondation scientifique solide qui permette le diagnostic des errements du capitalisme, diagnostic duquel on puisse tirer des recommandations pragmatiques pour des politiques r\u00e9volutionnaires.<\/p>\n
Personne ne devrait ignorer l\u2019importance de sa pens\u00e9e, il est imp\u00e9ratif de reconsid\u00e9rer la figure de Karl Marx par le prisme de l\u2019actualit\u00e9 de sa pertinence, afin de comprendre les d\u00e9fis du monde global, dix ans apr\u00e8s la crise de 2008. <\/p>\n
